Five-day Executive Programme
Negotiation Has Become
a Leadership Responsibility
Complex negotiations are no longer managed only at the negotiating table. Senior leaders increasingly determine the mandates, resources, risk thresholds, and institutional positions that shape how negotiations unfold.
At the same time, artificial intelligence is changing how organisations gather information, assess options, and support negotiation teams. These developments create new opportunities, but also new challenges for leaders.
This programme helps executives strengthen negotiation as an organisational capability, improve decision-making under pressure, and guide the responsible integration of AI into professional practice.
WHY THIS PROGRAMME
01
Successful negotiation depends both on skilled individuals and properly designed workflows, enhancing strategic planning capabilities.
From individual skill to organisational capability
02
From field engagement to executive responsibility
Leaders play a critical role in defining risk appetite and ensuring the conditions under which teams can engage and adapt under pressure.
03
Organisations must decide when and where AI can support preparation, as well as where human judgement remains central in the decision-making process.
From AI adoption to responsible integration
