Leading High-Stakes Negotiations in the Age of AI

This advanced program prepares experienced diplomats and negotiation professionals to lead complex, high-stakes negotiations by integrating AI capabilities in a effective and adequate manner.

Participants learn to design AI-supported workflows, challenge and interpret AI outputs, and apply probabilistic reasoning to navigate uncertainty and adversarial dynamics. Through simulations, they use AI to clarify complex environments, uncover underlying interests, and stress-test strategies—while maintaining human judgment and leadership.

The course equips leaders to manage the systemic implications of AI in negotiation, including power asymmetries, data integrity, and ethical risk. Participants leave ready to use AI as a strategic advantage while retaining control over its role in diplomacy and governance.
